Program Overview:

The mission of the UF graduate program in art education is to provide a progressive, engaging program that prepares art teachers to thrive within various 21st century learning environments. Learn to train your students using contemporary methods and theories, and gain the knowledge to continually refine your art teaching philosophy and practices.

The faculty at UF continually reshapes the Master of Arts in Art Education online curriculum to meet the needs of the evolving educational landscape. Grounded in both theory and practice, the program promotes meaningful learning and art making techniques through high-level interactions, group collaboration, independent study and more. Elective and core curriculum can include the study of:
